I am back!
I can’t believe that it has been over a week since I have returned. I am back from Switzerland and it was quite the trip! I missed Europe so much and it was not only great being back, but great visting a new country. I am all unpacked and caught up and back to normal life. I will include just a few of the many pictures that I took.
The breakfast at the hotel was incredible.
There was double rainbow!
This was the field across from the hotel!
This was one of my favorite views.
And look at this view!
Oh, and this view!
I made bird friends!
This was quite the tour.
I am trying to build up my following on different socials. Can you like the Jobuscar page on Facebook?

A Little About Me
If this your first time here, I wanted to tell you a little bit about my professional background. And if it isn’t your first time here, maybe there are still some new things for you to learn!
I have been in sourcing for 11 years. After struggling to find a solid career out of college, that is what happens when you study Filmmaking and Creative Writing, I eventually found my way into Sourcing, which I didn't even know existed. Since then, I love to help other people find jobs, as I know what that struggle can be like.
I have worked in RPO, corporate, and agency backgrounds and have hired in industries like banking, manufacturing, veterinary, dairy, tech, and pharma.
I am a seven-time conference speaker, having spoken at Sourcing Summit, Evry1, SourceCon, HRTX, ATAP's Global TA Day, and TA Week. I am a three-time Dueling Sourcer, an ERE panellist, a podcast guest, and have written blog posts for different sourcing publications.
I just put this image together to showcase the conferences that I have spoken at and other events that I have been a part of!

Fantastic question.
Is that too much to ask for?
Smart.
I want a German Sherpherd.
Everyday. Every single day.
I quit coffee, but still have a lot of anxiety. You know, because of the horrors of existence.
I clean eat everyday.
One circle. If that.
As close as I get to working.
I would pay, no need for a free trial.
How dare they?
A Boolean String
I asked ChatGPT to come up with a string to find sales people based on keywords for different awards they have received. Here it is:
("sales award" OR "salesperson of the year" OR "top salesperson" OR "sales excellence award" OR "president's club" OR "million dollar club" OR "sales achievement award" OR "circle of excellence" OR "top performer" OR "sales leader award" OR "sales MVP" OR "top producer" OR "sales performance award" OR "quota crusher" OR "diamond club" OR "platinum club" OR "gold club" OR "sales champion" OR "sales star" OR "sales recognition" OR "outstanding sales performance" OR "sales success award" OR "sales performance recognition" OR "sales hall of fame" OR "sales record holder" OR "sales accolade" OR "sales growth award" OR "sales mastery award")

TA News
To find these articles, I just type in words like: “talent acquisition” or recruiting or recruitment onto Google News. I don’t really use Boolean, I type them in separately. The best thing to type in is “talent acquisition,” because anything about recruiting usually brings you to sports news or army news.
I will continue adding these to the Google Drive!
